In the Journal of the Norwegian Medical Association no. 9/2021, p. 560 the following should be written: An acute hypoxic event is defined as pH < 7.0 with base deficit > 12 and Apgar score < 5 after 5 minutes with signs of moderate/severe encephalopathy.
